A house built around a view and a garden 

Most hillside villas stop at the view. This one doesn't. Behind the terrace, past the fig tree, there's a small working garde, tomatoes on the vine, grapes climbing the stone wall, sunflowers that track the light through the day. It isn't landscaped for guests to admire from a distance. It's a real garden, tended between stays, and guests are welcome to walk through it, pick a fig, or cut a few herbs for dinner. 

That's really the whole idea behind this place: two views, equally real, five steps apart. The wide one belongs to the sea. The close one belongs to the soil.

What a stay here feels like 

Mornings start slowly — coffee on the terrace, the town waking up below. Afternoons are for the beach, five minutes down the hill, or further along the coast if you'd rather chase a quieter stretch of sand. Evenings come back up the hill, to the fireplace if it's cool, or the terrace table if it isn't, with whatever the garden handed you that day. 

It's a house for people who'd rather have four unhurried days than a packed itinerary — couples wanting a proper reset, families who want a garden for the kids to explore, or friends who'd rather cook together than fight over a restaurant table.
